2 Tri Axle Lowbed Trailers Were Shipped To Tanzania

Recently, two Fudeng tri-axle lowbed trailers completed their final quality inspection and were successfully loaded at Qingdao Port in Shandong, ready to be shipped to Tanzania. Designed specifically for the African market, these transport units offer outstanding load-bearing capacity and flexible configuration options, perfectly meeting the needs of Tanzanian customers for heavy-duty and oversized equipment transportation.

The core strengths of these lowbed trailers lie in their strong carrying capacity and excellent passability. The trailers adopt a classic tri-axle structure, which distributes axle loads more evenly, improves loading stability, and reduces stress on the road surface.

Each trailer is built with a 500 mm main beam, paired with 14 mm upper flanges and 16 mm lower flanges, all made from high-strength steel through precision welding. Supported by advanced computer-aided engineering analysis, the structure achieves exceptional rigidity and resistance to bending, while maintaining a lightweight design that provides customers with more usable payload capacity.

On the main loading deck, Fudeng uses 4 mm anti-slip patterned steel plates, increasing friction during cargo securing and extending the deck’s service life. The deck height is scientifically engineered to keep the loading center of gravity as low as possible, making these trailers especially suitable for transporting construction machinery and other high-center-of-gravity equipment.

The combination of multi-leaf steel spring suspension and heavy-duty axles ensures reliable support and strong shock absorption, performing well even on rough or underdeveloped road conditions found in some regions of Tanzania. In addition, the optimized steering design gives this large trailer impressive maneuverability, reducing the difficulty of turning and repositioning in construction sites, depots, and other confined spaces.

Fudeng also understands that standard specifications may not meet every operational requirement. Therefore, these two trailers shipped to Tanzania fully support deep customization.

Customers can select different tire models suited for muddy or gravel roads, add hydraulic ramps for faster loading and unloading of heavy machines, adjust the gooseneck style and height, or increase the number and type of container locks.

From steel plate thickness to landing gear models, Fudeng’s flexible production system can accurately convert individual user needs into real, functional vehicle configurations.
