3 Axle Flatbed Trailers Were Shipped to Namibia

Recently, a delegation of customers from Namibia visited Fudeng for several days of on-site inspection and in-depth discussions. The visit focused on the performance of heavy-duty transport equipment, manufacturing capabilities, and the potential for long-term cooperation. After a comprehensive evaluation and multiple rounds of business negotiations, the two sides successfully reached an agreement. The Namibian customer purchased three tri-axle flatbed trailers with a rated payload of 60 tons, which will be used for local bulk cargo and container transportation projects.

During the visit, the customers toured Fudeng’s production workshops and gained a detailed understanding of the complete manufacturing process of flatbed trailers—from raw material selection and main beam welding to vehicle assembly and final inspection before delivery.

Fudeng’s years of experience in the heavy trailer industry, mature and stable production standards, and strict quality control system left a strong impression on the customers. Fudeng’s technical team also introduced the application advantages of flatbed trailers in various transport scenarios and provided targeted explanations based on road conditions and operating environments in Africa.

The tri-axle flatbed trailers delivered under this order are mainly used for transporting bulk cargo as well as 20-foot and 40-foot standard containers, offering strong versatility and flexibility. With overall dimensions of 12,500 mm × 2,500 mm × 1,600 mm, the platform length and load layout are carefully designed to meet container securing requirements.

The trailers are equipped with 12 sets of container twist locks to ensure stability and safety during transportation. In addition, the flatbed structure is well suited for loading steel products, building materials, construction machinery, and other bulk goods, effectively meeting diverse transport needs.

In terms of performance, the trailers feature main beams and key load-bearing components made of Q345B high-strength steel, providing excellent load capacity and superior fatigue resistance. They are well adapted to long-distance and high-frequency transport operations. The tri-axle configuration effectively distributes load pressure, and when combined with a mature and reliable suspension system, it enhances driving stability while reducing wear on tires and the chassis, helping customers lower long-term operating costs.

During the exchange sessions, the Fudeng team offered professional and practical configuration recommendations and service solutions based on Namibia’s local transport conditions and the customer’s specific operating scenarios.
