Chad Customer Visits Fudeng to Buy Used HOWO Dump Truck

In a recent move to strengthen international cooperation in the commercial vehicle sector, a delegation from Chad paid a special visit to Fudeng, a leading supplier of high-quality used heavy-duty vehicles in China, with the core objective of procuring used HOWO dump trucks tailored to their local infrastructure and mining needs. The visit not only marked a key step in Fudeng’s global expansion strategy but also underscored the growing trust of African clients in HOWO’s reliability and Fudeng’s professional services.

The Chad delegation, consisting of senior procurement managers and technical experts from local construction and mining enterprises, arrived at Fudeng’s state-of-the-art exhibition and inspection center with a clear agenda: to source durable, cost-effective dump trucks that can withstand Chad’s harsh working conditions—including rough terrain, high temperatures, and heavy-load operations.

Upon arrival, Fudeng’s team led the Chad guests on a comprehensive tour of its used vehicle warehouse, where over 50 units of used HOWO dump trucks (ranging from 2018 to 2022 models) were on display. Each vehicle had undergone Fudeng’s rigorous 128-point inspection process, covering engine performance, transmission systems, braking efficiency, and structural integrity—all documented in detailed reports for client reference.

The technical experts from Chad conducted hands-on tests: they checked the truck engines’ sound and oil conditions, tested the dump hydraulic systems’ responsiveness, and inspected the chassis for signs of wear. Beyond quality checks, the two parties held in-depth discussions on customizing the trucks to fit Chad’s specific requirements. Fudeng’s team proposed adjustments such as reinforcing the truck beds to handle gravel and ore, upgrading the cooling systems to adapt to high temperatures, and equipping the vehicles with spare parts kits commonly used in Chad’s local markets. The Chad delegation expressed satisfaction with the proposals, noting that such customization would significantly reduce downtime and operational costs.

At the end of the visit, the two parties signed a preliminary procurement agreement for 15 units of used HOWO dump trucks, with delivery scheduled within 45 days. This collaboration is expected to set a precedent for Fudeng’s deeper engagement in the African market. “Chad is a key market for us in Central Africa,” said the Fudeng representative. “As more African countries invest in infrastructure and mining, the demand for reliable used heavy-duty vehicles will only grow. We’re ready to bring our expertise and quality services to more clients across the continent.” For the Chad delegation, the visit was more than just a procurement trip—it was the start of a trusted partnership.
