What followed was an in-depth tour of Fudeng’s state-of-the-art renovation factory and a thorough exploration of the company’s extensive range of used equipment—ultimately culminating in a successful partnership agreement that underscored Fudeng’s reputation as a trusted global supplier of pre-owned machinery.

The Ugandan customers’ visit began with a guided tour of Fudeng’s professional renovation factory—a facility that stands as a testament to the company’s commitment to quality and precision. Spread across a sprawling area, the factory is specialized repair equipment, and a team of highly skilled technicians with decades of experience in machinery overhaul. During the tour, the delegation witnessed every stage of Fudeng’s rigorous renovation process: Each used machine, upon arrival at the factory, undergoes a 120-point inspection to assess core components such as engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and structural integrity. Faulty parts are flagged and replaced with genuine or high-quality aftermarket alternatives. Post-renovation, every machine undergoes hours of load testing, performance trials, and safety checks. Only after passing these stringent tests—including simulated real-world operating conditions—is a machine deemed ready for sale. Beyond functionality, Fudeng also focuses on enhancing the machine’s appearance. Rust is removed, surfaces are repainted with industrial-grade, weather-resistant coatings, and new decals are applied to give each unit a “like-new” look.
