Recently, a customer in Sierra Leone successfully purchased 3 Units 60 Tons dump trailers from Fudeng. The vehicles were customized according to the customer’s specific needs and have now been successfully manufactured and delivered. During the acceptance process, the customer highly praised the vehicle configuration, manufacturing process, and actual load-bearing performance, and expressed great satisfaction with the cooperation, looking forward to continued collaboration in the future.
In the initial stages of the project, the customer communicated with us and provided detailed information about the local transportation environment and their requirements. We learned that the customer mainly uses the vehicles for high-frequency transportation of sand, gravel, minerals, and construction materials.
Based on the customer’s actual working conditions, the Fudeng technical team, after thorough evaluation, recommended a 60-ton dump trailer solution and specifically reinforced and upgraded key components to ensure the vehicles were suitable for the local transportation environment.
The cargo boxes all feature a U-shaped structure design. Compared to traditional square cargo boxes, the U-shaped cargo box has a more reasonable stress structure, effectively dispersing material impact forces and reducing stress concentration. At the same time, the U-shaped cargo box allows for smoother unloading, reducing material residue and lowering manual cleaning costs. Based on these structural advantages, the U-shaped cargo box is highly favored by customers in overseas markets and has become a popular customized solution.
In terms of cargo box materials, the vehicles use thickened steel plates with an 8mm bottom plate and 6mm side plates, balancing wear resistance and impact resistance. This configuration can easily handle the long-term transportation needs of heavy-duty sand, gravel, and other high-abrasion materials.
These three dump trailers use three Fuwa brand axles, with a rated load capacity of 60 tons. This brand has a good market reputation in the heavy-duty transportation field. Fuwa axles are known for their strong load-bearing capacity, high stability, and low maintenance costs, maintaining excellent performance under harsh road conditions and high load conditions.
