In early January, we received an inquiry from a customer in Guinea who was looking to purchase a used tractor truck for local logistics and transportation operations. The customer clearly stated that reliability, cost-effectiveness, and long-term operational stability were his top priorities.
During in-depth communication with the customer, we gained a detailed understanding of his transport routes, typical payloads, and local road conditions. Based on these requirements, we recommended a used HOWO 371HP 6×4 tractor truck. With 10 forward gears and 2 reverse gears, it can easily handle rugged mountainous roads and heavy-load conditions. The 6×4 dual rear-axle drive configuration ensures efficient power delivery, while the high-rigidity chassis and reinforced axles are well suited to the demanding conditions of mining and heavy transportation in Guinea.
To further build the customer’s confidence, we shared real feedback and delivery cases from other African clients, including long-term operation data under high-temperature and heavy-load environments. These real-world examples strengthened the customer’s trust and gave him a deeper understanding of our professional capabilities and service system.
After confirming the vehicle configuration, preparation standards, and delivery details, the customer expressed great satisfaction with the overall solution and successfully paid the deposit. The vehicle has now been delivered to the customer and has been successfully put into use in the customer’s logistics project.
