3 Units Tri Axles 60 Tons Flatbed Trailers Shipped to Zimbabwe

Recently, we received a repeat cooperation inquiry from an old customer in Zimbabwe. The customer clearly expressed their intention to repurchase, planning to purchase three Tri-axles 60 tons flatbed trailers. This not only reflects a high recognition of our product quality but also serves as a strong testament to the long-term trust and cooperation between both parties.

Previously, this customer had purchased a batch of sidewall trailers from us. After being put into use, these trailers received full praise from the customer due to their excellent structural stability, solid load-bearing performance, and durability. In long-term actual operations, the trailers withstood complex road conditions and high-intensity tasks without any quality issues, providing reliable support for the customer’s logistics operations. It is precisely this outstanding product quality that led the customer to choose to cooperate with us again when new procurement needs arose.

Based on the customer’s actual transportation requirements, the three trailers this time were customized as 60-ton-class flatbed trailers, with core configurations designed around practicality and adaptability. To meet container transportation scenarios, each trailer is equipped with 12 container locks to securely fix containers, accommodating the customer’s multi-batch, standardized shipping needs. Whether for domestic short-distance transport or overseas long-haul operations, the trailers can efficiently handle various transportation tasks.

Considering the local road conditions in Zimbabwe and the customer’s operating habits, the trailers are equipped with a mechanical suspension system. Mechanical suspension offers advantages such as simple structure, strong load-bearing capacity, and easy maintenance. It better absorbs the impact of complex road conditions, reduces future maintenance costs, and meets the customer’s dual requirements for durability and cost-effectiveness. At the same time, the tri-axle design further optimizes load distribution, ensuring stable operation under the 60-ton rated load.
