Recently, six tri-axle flatbed trailers designed and manufactured by Fudeng completed their final quality inspection at the Shandong factory and were successfully loaded for shipment to Zimbabwe, Africa. These trailers will be used for mining transport, construction material delivery, and long-distance cargo transfer, providing customers with more efficient and more stable transportation solutions.
The exported tri-axle flatbed trailers are built on Fudeng’s mature and stable product platform and have been specially optimized according to Zimbabwe’s local road conditions, cargo types, and user habits. In Central Africa, where temperatures are high, dust is heavy, and road conditions are complex, transport equipment must meet strict requirements for structural strength, suspension durability, and chassis stability. Leveraging years of experience in the African market, the Fudeng team customized a more wear-resistant, higher-capacity, and more reliable set of transport equipment for the customer.
One of the key highlights of these trailers is the mechanical suspension system. The suspension is strong, easy to maintain, and highly impact-resistant, making it suitable for unpaved roads and heavy-duty working conditions. It significantly extends the trailer’s service life and reduces operating costs. Its balanced structure also helps minimize tire wear, allowing the trailer to remain stable even under full load.
To meet Zimbabwean customers’ heavy-cargo transport needs, each trailer has a loading capacity of 60 tons, capable of carrying bulk materials such as minerals, steel, and construction machinery. The chassis is built with high-strength steel and processed using automated welding and multiple rounds of non-destructive testing, ensuring excellent torsional resistance, compressive strength, and long-distance stability.
The flatbed surface uses 3 mm high-quality checker steel plate, providing strong resistance to pressure and deformation while enhancing anti-slip performance for safer cargo loading. The reinforcement beam layout was optimized based on cargo characteristics and customer usage habits, ensuring more balanced load distribution under full capacity and reducing the risk of fatigue cracks during long-term operation.
This batch of trailers is also equipped with wear-resistant vacuum tires, LED tail light assemblies, a reinforced rear anti-collision bumper, upgraded lashing points, and container locks, further improving safety and operational convenience. The exterior uses Fudeng’s industrial-grade painting process, offering strong corrosion resistance and weather protection, which is particularly important in Africa’s tropical climate with high UV exposure.
Fudeng has always adhered to the principle of “high-quality products and customer-focused service.” The successful delivery of these six flatbed trailers reflects Fudeng’s strength in manufacturing heavy-duty transport equipment and demonstrates the company’s continued confidence in global market growth. As the trailers arrive in Zimbabwe and begin operation, Fudeng’s professional service team will continue to provide remote technical support and spare parts supply, ensuring worry-free operation for customers.
