This three-axle 46K liters oil tanker trailer features an aluminum alloy tank body, precisely controlling the vehicle’s weight to approximately 7 tons, freeing up more effective load-bearing space for oil transportation. Aluminum alloy not only reduces weight but also resists rust and internal wall contamination during long-term use, making it more suitable for high-frequency, long-term oil transportation projects.

Compartment Design

The vehicle has a total volume of 46,000 liters and adopts a 6-compartment structure, optimized according to common oil delivery ratios: 7000L + 7000L + 11000L + 7000L + 7000L + 7000L. The 11,000L large compartment is used for primary oil products, while the remaining compartments are used for auxiliary or multi-product transportation. This compartmentalization ensures a reasonable distribution of the vehicle’s center of gravity while closely meeting the actual receiving needs of gas stations and customers, reducing leftover oil and secondary blending issues.

6 Discharge Valve Configuration

Each tank compartment is independently equipped with a discharge valve. Operators do not need to frequently switch pipelines during unloading; they can directly select the corresponding compartment for unloading according to the delivery sequence, reducing the probability of operational errors. The independent unloading structure of each compartment is particularly suitable for multi-point, multi-site delivery scenarios, resulting in a more seamless and stable overall operation.

Flow Meter Installation

To meet customers’ higher requirements for the accuracy of oil delivery metering, this vehicle model can be equipped with a high-precision flow meter system to achieve real-time metering and data recording during the unloading process. The application of flow meters can effectively reduce human error and improve the transparency and reliability of oil handover, making it particularly suitable for commercial transportation and last-mile delivery scenarios with strict metering requirements
